100g red seedless grapes
lunch:

weight watchers spanish style chicken and patatas bravas
snack:
special k dark chocolate chewy delight bar
total calories: 736, no exercise as i’m just had an operation yesterday, 550 calories tomorrow.

i’m back. i’ve been fucking up recently. but now i have 30 DAYS to drop 14lb so there is no more room for fuck ups!

then i’m doing an online grocery shop and buying nothing but soup and chicken.
